I had preeclampsia with my daughter. It wasn't detected until 37 weeks so they went ahead and induced then.. My doctor said I am at high risk for having preeclampsia this time around, she said if I was to develop it earlier on that she would put me on bed rest and monitor my urine and blood pressure until it was okay to induce. Try not to stress too much! Are you having any kidney pains?

@tayler no everything has seemed perfectly fine. I'm hoping it was just a fluke and this 24 hour will show that. It's very early on and I don't want her to have to be delivered too early. 37 weeks is fine for me but earlier than that I won't be happy/: I wish they would have rechecked my blood pressure before I left because it always seems to be alittle high after walking back to the room and peeing and stuff.

I have High blood pressure but not preeclampsia my 24 hr urine came back high. Now I have to go to Fetal Monitoring 2x a week for the foreseeable future of this pregnancy. It's not fun but def would rather be safe than sorry.

@laurenray93 I was wondering what they would do if it came back high. He said we are gunna do w.e we can to keep her in there until 37 weeks.

@meetthevalentines2017 yeah that's what my doc is trying to do too. I find out tomorrow when my c section is gonna be (unrelated to bp issues) last time I spoke to her she said it'll be between 37 and 39 weeks. So far the monitoring has been good, they just want to make sure your baby moves and then they monitor the heart rate for 30 min and contractions for you.

@laurenray93 well she moves all the time so that's a plus lol. It'll be hard to get there twice a week if that ends up being the case. Hoping it was just a fluke and this 24 hr comes back good and I don't have to be induced early or anything.

@meetthevalentines2017 yeah thankfully I work from home so it's not too bad. But your doc could put in for once a week. I'll definitely cross my fingers for you though :)

@laurenray93 I was in a car accident when I was 11 weeks so for now we only have one vehicle until Feb. And my husband works from 630a-8p so I rely on my sister, who has a 4 month old, to get places. It's a struggle at the moment and I feel bad constantly being reliant..

@meetthevalentines2017 I know how that is. But thankfully San Diego has a decent bus system. It takes an hour to get to my appointments when it's normally a 20 min drive. But I definitely hate not having a car.

@laurenray93 I live in bfe we don't have bus systems. I wouldn't even know where to start-_-
