As much tummy time as possible...wearing baby. When baby is asleep don't always lay in the same position... Flip side and turn baby's head so it's not facing same way. The helmets are crazy expensive and would be best to avoid. A little flat isn't bad once they get moving and sitting up it corrects itself.

You can also speak with your pediatraction about it they have a helmet that rounds the head out
