My daughter was  the same i would rub her back move her legs and give her 1oz on water w syrup it helped her so much !!!

Water or watered down apple juice helps things move along for them

Bicycle her legs. And move her hips. You can also massage her lower back. It got so bad for my son we used a tsp of karyo syrup in his bottle.
