How could they tell she's head down? I'm a ftm and I'm just curious

@sweetpea6, no, I had asked my doctor how she will do it since I won't have another ultrasound and she said "once we start doing internal checks, I can usually feel the head" so I'm not sure. I think she alresdy is head down, just by how I've been feeling.
