I had cramps the other day, but they didn’t feel like period cramps. I took a warm shower, drank some cold cold water and layed down, and they went away

That's how mine do they not painful

I had horrible cramps my first trimester with my little one, they were horrible, I didn't have bleeding at all, just the pain.

Yes it’s mainly your uterus growing basically moving some organs out the way and preparing your body for the months ahead. I know mine was like a dull achy pain which was annoying and now since I’m in my 2nd trimester round ligament pain has set in and it’s so annoying and uncomfortable lol but warm showers usually helped
