I have really bad lower back pain that hurts more when I walk. What could it be?

Warm baths will help. A light heating pad, I like rice in a tube sock. That way you can control the heat better and it also cools down so you don't over use the heating pad.

Bending forward should also help. Try touching your toes. LOL I know how some of us struggle with that. LOLOLOL

You can also ask your doctor about pregnancy yoga. Just take it easy, our bodies are more loose thanks to hormone shifts and it makes it easier to pull muscles and ligaments.
