So my mother came over to visit, while my mother in law was awake.. my cat got out so I went out to try and find her and I can hear everything that my mother in law and mom are saying and my mother in law is basically talking crap about me saying how I don't eat right or how I don't take good enough care of my baby and about how my fiancé and I argue. she was talking about how she wouldn't allow us to move out with Aiden and that if she haves to that she'll take custody of him.... I've been crying my eyes out... they don't realize that I over heard.... 😭😭😭😭 i know I'm a young mom and I'm trying my best to take care of my son 😔

My mom didn't defend me or anything. She just said that if she takes custody that she wants to see him and my fiancé was at work and him and I are gonna sit down just him and I and talk.

But my mom did talk to me in private and say that she is afraid that MIL is gonna take custody and she doesn't want that

Your mom should have defended you 1. And 2 your in law just can't try to take custody of him. Because unless your either abusive to the boy or his living conditions are super bad or he's being malnourished, then she has no reason to. And just because couples argue doesn't MEAN it's gonna go the extreme. I recommend getting away from your in law. Try your best to get on your feet and get. Cause last thing you need is to feel like your not doing your best especially raising your son. Everything is new and you need guidance, not shit from someone.
