I was a single mom for 6 years, from the time I found out I was pregnant with my first until I met my husband 5 years ago

@mommabear538 how did you deal with it, having a child on your own? If you don't mind me asking.

@ashley1994 I feel you it's so hard just trying to sleep at night I can never get comfortable but my mom keeps saying it's preparing me for when the baby comes I'm just hoping she's one of those miracle babies that sleep through the night 😂

@crewton.mc, I made sure that he was happy, healthy and made time for just him and me. I didn't have support from my parents or friends, family. It was just me and Aiden.

@crewton.mc, I worked 2 full time jobs and a part time job, plus tips, I also attended night school full time, but every day I made sure he had mommy and me time everyday where we did everything we could, I had my own apartment, bills, etc., I was terrified, but we managed.. He never wanted for anything

@crewton.mc, I wouldn't change it for the world! My kids are my life! I am now married and have 4 kids, Aiden was 6 when I met my husband, what meant the most to me is when I told Cj (hubby) about him after being together for 6 months, he was happy, and excited and then we started doing things together the 3 of us. When he asked me to marry him, he didn't ask me, he asked Aiden if he could marry his mommy

@crewton.mc, I also made sure we went to the park alot, and I would talk with the mom's at the park and we had alot of play dates!!

@crewton.mc, my town was so small we didn't have support groups for single moms

@mommabear538 that's so sweet that he asked ur son if he could marry you😊

I live in a pretty small area too but it's nice to have a place like this where you can tlk to other moms who can help and give advice.

@crewton.mc, I'm just about always around my phone if you ever want to talk, don't let it get to you, I was 17 when I got pregnant with my son, 18 when I had him. By the time I was your age, Aiden was starting school and I met Cj. I'm 29 now and have 3 more kids. I actually am still in the hospital after giving birth to our newest addition!

@mommabear538 Yeah I'm having a little girl she's due 12/09, I feel kinda silly but I really can't wait to meet her Lol but I also can't wait to have my body back😂

@crewton.mc , it must be the year of the girls. I had a little girl too, I now have 2 of each. Do you believe in love at first sight? You will instantly fall in love the second she's in your arms! Are you breast or formula feeding? Cloth or disposable diapers??

@mommabear538 I'm gonna try breastfeeding see if I can do it and since I've been given a bunch of disposable diapers I'm going to use those first. But I'm defiantly going to give cloth diapers a try especially if it's cheaper than disposable.

@crewton.mc, cloth diapers are cheaper in the long run, since you only have to buy them once!! Lol. Don't get discouraged if you can't figure out how to latch, that's what your lactation consultant and nurses are for, to help you with that.

@crewton.mc, can I give you some advice for when you go to the hospital to have your baby girl??
