@kreese88 he has her the weekends. But she comes home with rashes and a few weeks ago she came home with second degree burn didnt take her to the hospital or anything she sleeps in an unfinished basement he puts her in boy clothes and takes mine because he cant afford them. Hes abussive, he naglects her he threated me in my own home, he smokes weed in the car (hes 20 and its illegal) tries to sell medial weed to my friends amd family members.

He gets in my face all the time to get what he wants.

Our judge is a hardass and i dont even know what shes looking for. If i wright that we might get denied again...
