Little piece of mucus plug only a little comes out and I'm already 1cm what does that mean?!

Mucus plug can fall out and grow back at any point. And 1cm dilation can happen early

I was hoping it meant labor but I lost my full mucus plug Monday and no luck yet

You don't have to lose your plug at all to go into labor I'm having my forth and I've never lost mine
