Put her in footy jammies? If she can get those off cut off of the feet and put it on backwards.

maybe try putting panties over her diaper and put a sleeper on her backwards lol

I used to use a cloth diaper cover with my daughter, over top of her disposable, and I put it on backwards and then used safety pins
