Any tips to get rid of eczema? I haven't changed anything but it's randomly flaring up on my arm and it's so painful, not to mention unsightly. I feel like I've tried everything. Coconut oil, prescription steroid creams, OTC creams, everything I've seen on Google. I keep it covered up in the sun, I rarely eat dairy, I use hypoallergenic EVERYTHING. I can't get it to go away!
