So my goal was to start my leave when the baby was born. On Oct 25th. But my job will not let me rest, they email and call and text me when I'm trying to have my doc appts... literally just stressing me and I'm over it and the commute. Should I go ahead and start my leave 3 weeks before my c section? That will only give me 7 weeks with the baby. But I really can't take them anymore.

@sweetpea6 @beebaby that's always been the plan but management harrasses me so much that soon, I'm going to snap an not have a job at all... I could ask to work from home starting in October but that will just cause them to micro manage me even more because the company doesn't like work from home

I would contact your hr and tell them this. Hr can be pretty helpful in these situations!

I was in the same boat. I completely get it. Try as best you can to stay until you give birth. You'll regret giving up those 3 weeks with your little one.
