We're waiting till thanksgiving or maybe even Christmas since our families are so judgmental :( & we want to know the gender before we announce :)

Personal preference. We told people at 5 weeks shortly after we found out. But some people wait until the second trimester (12-14 weeks depending on what week you consider the second trimester)
