So my neighbors have this sweet little 4 year old girl. She this awesome kid, but she's 4 and she weighs 100 pounds. It breaks my heart seeing her struggle playing, and walking to school. Her parents told me she can't reach her bum to wipe it, and they won't help her at school 😞 I wish I could help

@loving-life, @hperry845, her parents told me that she's 100 pounds, I knew she was a lot but I was shocked. She's just so young 😞 she was telling me the other day that her knees hurt when she plays at the park. Shame.

@pnutbutta, @loving-life, both the parents are very big, but they do let her eat large portions. Even if it is healthy stuff like yogurt, they would let her have five. They are really nice people, but I just think it's hard when it gets that bad. She's the only child I've ever seen that large 😞
