Awhile your baby is still getting use to being fed formula or breast milk. Baby's tummy's are very sensitive

And if your really worried just contact baby's doctor

Put Vaseline all over her after every diaper change. I do that with my son and it makes poops way easier to clean up (it doesn’t stick) and he’s never had a rash. 😁 try and it’ll work

My daughter would get the worst diaper rashes and we tried coconut oil, it cleared it up so fast!
