1 hr glucose test today... I'm nervous, some people make it sound like a terrible experience 😩😩😩

@melissamichele05, it’s so quick absolutely nothing to be nervous about! drink the drink get your blood and wait for results nothing more to it

Mine was simple! It's going to be fine girl :) the only thing I hated was that I had to drink all the liquid within 5 minutes of starting it...I don't ever chug liquids lol But it's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be!

@mdomke22 ugh yes everyone makes it seem like it taste like dirt and they start puking and shaking. Making it sound like a nightmare lol

Good thing about mine was it was the clear lemon lime so it tasted like flat sprite and it was cold so it really didn't bother me much. But all that sugar made me super sleepy for some reason. That's the main thing I had issues with. I recommend eating some eggs or toast before you go. Just make sure whatever you eat doesn't have sugar in it

They all taste like flat soda. The taste isn’t bad at all, I took mine on Monday and felt a little nauseous immediately afterwards because I guzzled it down on an empty stomach. Are you fasting?

@nerualauren I didn't have to fast thank god. It wasn't bad either!!
