How do you get your newborn to sleep??? He is 2wks old, I think mine hates sleep😩😩

I have the same problem. He's started staying awake after eating and he doesn't fall asleep to rocking.

@db413, same here so i have been letting him stay awake n when i see he is rly fussy n sleepy then i try n swaddle him n rock him to sleep..i think he is also going thru a growth spurt because yesterday he wanted to eat alot more than usual bt today he seems to be eating like he used to . So i guess i jst go with the flow

@emiliasmommy15, we've been eating every 1.5 hours. Last night was horrible. All he did was cry. Which made me cry. I tried for 2 hours to get him to sleep and nothing worked. I had to cave and let him sleep on me.

@db413, i wish mine would sleep on me but he wont and i know how it is i cried too, he kept screaming snd crying and nothing i did could calm him down, i felt like i have failed at eveyrhthing

@emiliasmommy15, I felt that way too. I felt horrible for letting him lay there crying but until I calmed down I couldn't hold him.

@db413, its very hard to deal with at times, hopefully it gets better for us both. If i find something that helps ill let you know
