My mom literally never mentioned sex when I was growing up.... and I went to a Christian high school that never talked about it either. So I seriously didn’t know what sex was till I was like 16. Knew nothing about how to have sex or what birth control was. I wish she would have talked to me about it. Not in a nasty way though. But I think talking about it with your kids is better than pretending it doesn’t exist.

@momtothe3rdpower mom never talked about it when I grow up too so I had to learn for myself and had to tell my sisters about it. Maybe that's why I get with the doubt now that she talks about it.
