I just came from my doctors appointment and the doctor strongly recommended that I be induced next week due to high pressure. My blood pressure has been getting increasingly higher over the past month. Today it was 138/98 and last week it was 142/92. These don't seem terribly high to me but doctor said since I'm full term (I'll be 39 weeks Wednesday 27th ) that it's best to go ahead and deliver.

My bp keeps going high then crashing low - it is extra stress on the baby anything over 140/90 is high and anything over 160 is severe- just to give a range. I have to monitor at home as well now- sending you prayers xoxo ❤️

I was induced with my first because of high bp. They just didn't want to risk anything. At least you know when it'll happen!
