@moromama omg i can't imagine how miserable you've must've been.

This has been happening the last few days and it's just getting worse.

My last two have been two days late ugh. I've already told you how much they weighed. Big ole babies lol and I'm crazy enough to have another 🙈 I hope I have this one some what earlier cuz my whole pubic bone and hips and back were literally killing me.

Definitely make sure you are staying hydrated, stretch and do some yoga or Pilates and bounce on a ball and obviously rest lol

And I've already started yoga and doing pelvic excersises, that's when the BH started getting worse, I have tried to rest lol, I have a 1yr old and a 3yr old and an extremely active baby who enjoys hurting me whenever I lay down lol. @steffiepaige

Thats good I would get a ball if you haven't yet they help relax your hips and take pressure off. I sit in it all the time especially at the end lol. I understand completely!

@icestorm1123 you will love it! Bounce on it a lot towards the end too. Helps baby drop into the birth canal and do some hip rotations to help align baby correctly
