I can tell by your ultrasound that you are 6 weeks. If you were further along the baby would be LOOTTTSSSS bigger. I'd go by the aug as the lmp

Well that spotting must have been a cycle, because you clearly from the ultrasound are very early. Dates can be wrong but ultrasounds are typically pretty accurate. Congrats
