Has anyone had problem gaining weight during their pregnancy? I've gained not even 10 pounds so far…

I did for both of my pregnancy I actually lost weight and only gained about 19lb with my first the second it was like only 20 I believe.

@lillynellasmom, how big were your babies at birth?

My first was 7lb 2 oz and my second was born a month early at 6lb 11 oz.

@lillynellasmom, oh okay, I really don't want to gain too much weight, I was trying to lose some before I got pregnant but I just want a healthy baby, but it's not like I'm not trying to gain weight, I eat I guess my body is just burning off all the food I eat

Oh I did not eat healthy at all for both of my pregnancy I at a lot of ice cream and donuts all the time and at like every 30 minutes. Every one was like I don't know how your not gaining weight. I told my doctor to and they were like you body is just made for pregnancy lol

I always joke about how if I want to lose weight I will just get pregnant.

@lillynellasmom, hahha maybe I'm just the same way, I don't eat healthy at all, fast food, chips, candy, etc

Yeah my sister would bring me cookies and shakes from her work when she worked and would take me out to eat all the time my.

At my last checkup I have only gained 2 pounds, lol. I lost some weight in the first trimester so I had to gain that back and I've gained two additional pounds. The doctor says I'm going to weigh less after I have the baby than I did when I got pregnant. But baby is healthy and is actually measuring two weeks ahead and the doctor isn't concerned.

@pkatsie, okay that's good to know! At my 20 week ultrasound the baby was measuring a few days ahead, but she hasn't told me how much she's measuring since.. when do they start doing that at the appointments?

@jessicalynn3, I think they usually do it at every appointment. But I can't remember that far back, lol! I would personally just ask
