They'll cut you opposite of what they did before I believe. I don't think they cut the same way each time. I had a c section too. Just one so far.

My mom was cut open in the same exact place for both c sections.

And I think after 4 c sections or 3 there's a limit how many they do. My friend isn't having more kids cause the limit is 3 for c sections but she has 3 kids and doesnt want more
