Buspar vs. Ativan. Who has taken either one? I'm currently pregnant and needing something that helps my anxiety. I figure a medicine with a shorter half-life would be better than what I was on, Latuda. I need some suggestions. Panic attacks are frequent, insomnia, and anxiety is through the roof. Have a doctors appointment tomorrow with an ob/gyn. Hopefully he will have some insight. I don't have a current psychiatric doctor. (Have a appointment scheduled though)
