Just had my scariest moment at the nicu. My baby gets very agitated as soon as he hears my voice. I walked in there and he was fine. But as soon as I started talking to him, he started moving all over the place... then he stopped breathing. His oxygen levels and his heart rate dropped and I watched as the whole nicu team worked on his tiny body to get him to start breathing again. I had a knot in my throat and tears in my eyes. 😞😢 I felt so helpless. God bless all the people in the nicu. Got my baby's vitals and skin color back to normal. Watched him go from purple back to pink. 😞 One of the hardest moments in my life without a doubt.

Thank god that he is okay ! Bless the NICU staff. I'm sure that was scary but you made it through the storm ! I'm hoping he will be home with you soon 🙏🏾🙏🏾

He is getting stronger every day. He was very very early. It's hard for his little body to keep up with breathing and what not. He will be fine. He has a team there for him 24/7. They will make sure nothing happens to him. Stay strong hun. I know it's easier said then done but before you know it he will be healthy and not have those episodes.

So happy for you that he is okay. Stay strong your son will grow out of it God willing, they are truly fighters. I have a similar story though I did not witness it. But while my son was in the nicu he wiggles around and disconnected his bipap, machine that keeps his lungs open so he can breath, he turned blue and stopped breathing and had to be resuscitate and this happiness twice In one week. But he was a fighter and recovered. Prayer your way. May God the almighty heal your son from all illness and make him the coolness of your eyes Ameen!!

@babyveach, he is getting stronger... everyday is an accomplishment for him. It's just I had never witnessed that so I freaked out... but the staff, God they're all angels I swear. Thank you for your positive thoughts. ❤️

@happymama2julianna, it has been so hard 😞 I hate coming home without him every day. I wish I could do more for him but right now it's all him... thankfully every day he amazes me and all the staff working with him because of his strength and how active he is. We just need him to grow and gain weight and hopefully he'll be home with us by Christmas which was his due date❤️ thank you for the positive thoughts and your prayers beautiful! ❤️🙏🏻

Thank you so much and God bless you too!❤️ the nurses told me it happened yesterday morning again so they've been closely monitoring him... thankfully that was the last time and hoping and praying it doesn't happen again. May God hear you. ❤️🙏🏻 I have all the faith in the world that he's going to get thru all of this, I know he is.❤️
