@courtney.welsh haha, I've tried those lines already. Our 1st 2 never co-slept or roomed in with us and i exclusively breastfed the first 6 months. My husband alreadt knows I honestly just want a bassinet to keep in our living room then to take to the kitchen during dinner time so I can keep him close during the day, the pack-n-play is too big to keep in the living room, so i wanted something smaller and easier to move around.
@hanahmarie2183, that's a bummer!!! 😭
The only argument I can think of is you can say that it would be easier to have baby right next to you for a couple of months. And if you're breastfeeding, you can use that as leverage too. It's easier on you to have your baby so close
@courtney.welsh i am this Saturday, no one is getting it for us. Literally everyone is only getting the cheaper things 😂 and for the 'use' one, I'm very picky (thats why i want to get it myself) but when it comes to cribs and things hammy downs are a no go for me. Only thing I'll use as hammy downs are clothes, toys and gear (swing, bouncy)
Are you having a shower? Put one on your registry and if you get one you get one! 😁
Maybe you can look up a used one too and see. Cause if they aren't using it long, I'm sure someone has a great one for cheaprr
