Im a stay at home mom...
I have 6 kids an one on the way
Ages 11 9 3 and 14m are boys and 2 girls 5 and 7
4 are in school an i have the two youngest are home with me... I need a little advice and suggestions on starting my daily routine/schedual.... HELP... all suggestions are welcome

I would have 11 and nine year old wake up first make sure they're at least halfway dressed and ready and have them help with the younger ones while you help get what ever you need ready or cooked. That all I can think of on the top of my head.
