Most insurance companies make you wait til 29 weeks. Mine also required a script from my doctor

@sirs_mom, I got mine about 30weeks had my daughter at 37weeks.

@queenaranda I pray it's not that long. I'm trying to get everything ready before he gets here and so far looks like it'll be the last thing I end up getting to be completely done getting his stuff ready

@sirs_mom, I'm with tricare. I think its really about if your primary care doc approves it. The company i ordered from faxed my primary care doc office for approval & they did. You seem far enough to be processed through.

My insurance only allowed me to order 4 weeks before your due date. I had to stay on top of the doctors office because they took forever to fax the script to the insurance. I didn't have my pump until a week or so after my daughter was born.

You can have it ordered early but it won't come until right before the baby. I had my midwife's office fax over the paper right away so I wouldn't forget.

@noirplusone, I'm on tricare as well what all do I have to do to get my breast pump if I can get it now it would be a lot easier
