Ladies these allergies are kicking my but what is safe to take?

I take zyrtec and flonase as needed for my allergies. Zyrtec I can take every day but talk to your doc about the flonase mine said it was okay but the pharmacy didn't wanna fill the script for me even though my OB wrote it.
