URGENT !!!!

Mommas with GD or who had GD, how did you know at first? The past few days I can literally feel my blood sugar dropping and I almost faint every time . I'm waiting on a call now from my doctor to either go to the er or not, I'm very worried , Im anemic also so it can cause a lot of issues. ! Thanks in advance !
