Someone please please please help! I can't sleep , I have no relief of this cold from anything else, no nose strips, Vicks vaporub doesn't do a damn thing, I've been drink water, I've been relaxing, I just can't get any relief. I can't fall asleep. Is this okay to take? I picked it up the other day and because I'm so stressed I didn't realize it wasn't the regular strength. I just want to go to bed! Is this okay to take ?

@jacksmama17 I would personally only take 1 since its not regular pain Tylenol. Then wait a couple of hours and take the other one.

@jacksmama17 I would definitely only take one. Wait a couple of hours and then take the other one. Then wait 6 to 8 hours before opening up a new pack.

I really recommend not doing that. It's not good on my list of meds it's on my not to take but I'm sure you already took it. Call a pharmacist and ask they know way more

I've had a bad cold and i took NyQuil severe then went to the Er for a uti and asked the doctor she said it was fine to take
