I'm confused I took a pregnancy test yesterday and I got a very faint line using first response. Then I used a clear blue and it came back negative but I have a lot of the symptoms. Could I be pregnant??? It's been awhile so I'm confused

I have these apps on my phone for my periods the one app said my period was on the 12 of this month but the other one says not til the 17 of this month. And I already had a faint positive test and a negative test. So I'm confused
