Thinking about getting my real estate license. Is it anyone of you ladies that can give a little information/advice . Ex: how do u like it, what's the pay range, what kinda company should I work for being a newbie, can I set my own hours, can I go back to school if I wanted to and would I have to drive long distance to show a house?

You make a percentage of the house price. I think like 5% maybe? You don't get paid by an office. You basically do all of your own marketing. You can set your own hours but if you work in an office you may have some required hours that you have to sit and answer calls. You could go back to school and work around it. But you do have to take classes to become a realtor. You might have to drive long distances. But that is your choice.
