Yeah you can also buy the plastic bottles of alcohol that they have at walmart or any drug store near like the first aid area and just get a soft wash cloth or some cotton swabs and dip the alcohol on the wash cloth or cotton swab and just dab it on there like you would a small cut ☺

My dr used this weird thing that looked like a match stick and it like bubbled up silver and it healed it pretty quick

My doctor and midwife told me your not suppose to do that anymore. Just let it be. It will fall off by it self. And a little blood after is fine. No need to do anything to it

@emiliasmommy15, If you use the alcohol, be super careful and DO NOT get it on his skin. The reason they told people to stop doing it, is because parents were using too much alcohol and giving the babies bad burns on their skin.
