Calpols nasal spray and vapour plug in works wonders for my boys.

Saline drops or spray or a steamy room-sit them in the bathroom with the shower on helps too xx

U can get airpure vapour candles it helped mason through it xxxx

When Brody was little I got told by our midwife to put a cushion under the mattress at head end to put the mattress on a slight tilt, to help the snot run out 😂 sound daft but it did help though👌
