8 month sleep regression is driving me crazy, with my first son he would always sleep great if we co-slept, no regression. But my 8 month old was previously a great independent sleeper, now it takes 10 mins of screaming for him to fall asleep.

No because since he was born I have had him on a schedule, he can fall asleep on his own soundly , just recently he has started the screaming bouts @prk0215

I am doing a mix of both, I don't let him cry but if I pick him up he wants to play, so I am going to attempt to limit his naps during the day, I started working again a month ago I don't think he's adjusting to the change
