What has she eaten? My sons poop are orange after eating carrots lol.

My son's looked similar to that when he had gastritis virus about a month ago.

@lovemyson215 so she eats only pasta pick up beef ravioli and Mac and cheese pasta and she drinks milk maybe snacks on your regular graduates I get from Walmart and potato chips

Call a pediatrician on call and see what she thinks it is from and what you should do?

@allycm I believe that has to deal with her bowels no greens causes indigestion and bowel problems she lacking fiber and those enzymes
