@scx327 i just go walking on tge treadmill for 30 minutes. I dont do no sit ups or anything. Its just walking lol

I wish lol, you gotta remember that you were pregnant for 9 months, your insides have been moved around and you just had your baby. Your body may look okay on the outside, but the inside takes a lot longer to recover. I think you should ask your doctor about working out this early because there's a reason why they say to take it easy for a while.
