Ok so I have a son and a daughter and I like to paint my daughter'a nails and my son is just being curios about it and last time he asked me to paint his nails as well and I DID! He said he liked he felt good about it he was so happy and honestly it didn't bother me I love my son and whatever makes him happy makes me happy but it makes more happy that he likes to paint his sister nails and have that little bonding time... well his grandpa saw him and he flipped and he asked him if he wanted a skirt too 🙄😒 and I got so mad and I told my son to ignore his comments that if he likes it he can do whatever he pleases, well now grandma comes around and tell him not do that ever again because that's a "girl" thing and he gets sad about it because he likes it... sorry but shit like this pisses me off so much, he has a sister and he also plays with her barbies at time or they both go play cars in the mud, I hate how they want him to only do "boy stuff". Why people have to be so damn annoying!!!! Leave my boy alone 😒 he's perfect to me! 💙

They need to chill. When he gets older he won't even want to bother with that stuff I'm sure he sees it as his sister is doing it so why can't he , he's a child. You did nothing wrong , I've painted my son's toes before and my son even wore my daughter's shirt because it had mickey on it. You're a good mama

Set boundaries mama! If that's what he likes then I say let him.! If he wants a skirt and pink hair then I'd be the first mom at he salon ready to let it happen. He's gotta express himself, especially now while he has his innocence. Grandparents tend to still be old fashioned so it's more of a taboo thing. He'll be just fine with or with out the polish💙💜
