What do you look for when you are searching for a daycare? Example: smell, the way the teachers are dressed, cleanliness, etc.

That's exactly how my sons daycare is. If they bought new carpet that's the only thing I would absolutely change. You can only vacuum it so much but doesn't get everything

I'm changing a lot of things cleanliness is my 1st thing and making sure that everyone is on the same page I don't like or want parents coming in asking something about there child and you don't know what happened or where something is I hate that

The care for my child is what overrides everything. I know he is happy going because he does his little dance when we walk in the doors. I do wish there was cameras that's the only thing. I wish I could watch him when I really miss him.

So my sons daycare, I love hate them. They love all kids they know every kids name even if it's a baby to 8 years old. They feed them so well my son weighs 22 lbs lol. But the floor I want to just clean it. The carpet is like 20 years old. He gets sick a lot. There are pros and cons. How they treat my son outweighs the 20 year old floor. I love his teacher to much she will be watching my son when I have this baby. There are good and bad things to all daycares
