So , aubs has been drinking 4oz , 2 burp then the other 2 burp again lately she's been fussy after the 4oz is gone so I gave her 6 she drank it all and burped & seemed full is that okay ?

I think so my little guy drinks 6oz and sometimes is still hungry I get scared to give him more than 6 so I just sooth him with his paci or if I can latch him on just for a bit extra if the paci doesn't work

Yea that's another way I knew it was time to up her oz , bc I'd try to soothe her with her paci as well and she was NOT having it 😂 @miggysmommy0705

@lovinaubree, yup that was my sign I also googled it and there is a blog called Kelly mom it helps a lot with all my questions. I read that 6oz is completely normal for 6-9 weeks and maybe getting hungry quicker while getting growth spurts. My son is going through one now and is attached to my boob at least every 30 mins or if I give him formula he's hungry every 2hrs instead of 3

same with my son, same age too... his regular amount is 4 oz sometimes I run and get him another 2 oz when he's super fussy otherwise I just stick with the 4 oz... I don't automatically get him 6 every time. It's def normal depending on gaps between feedings and if they are going thru a growth spurt. Or if you feed them breast milk they will want more just because it's lighter on the stomach.
