What kind of bleeding? Spotting can be normal but heavy bleeding that fills a pad is considered very abnormal and would need to be seen by a doctor. Bleeding and cramping together are not very good signs, have you called your doctor?
If it were me, I'd go get it checked out just to be safe :) I've had two pregnancies that both had spotting at around 6-8 weeks. First pregnancy I spotted at 8 weeks and ended up miscarrying. Second pregnancy I spotted starting at 6 weeks and it lasted off and on until about 7.5 weeks but that one was because I had a UTI & BV so it was irritating my cervix. I got on antibiotics and the spotting went away. Both times I went to the ER tho because I didn't have and OB at the time.
