😞😢 what do you ladies think is causing this rash on my sweet babies face and what can I do about it?

It looks like baby acne ! I always put a thin layer of breastmilk on my sons

She's only a month.. You still should have milk , squeeze to see .

my daughters face was like that ... i used citaphil soap .. (i put a little on her face n let it dry on her face then wash it off n use Vaseline afterwards)

I agree try the cetaphil if you don't any milk left
