Feel so uncomfortable at night time... I can't get comfortable in bed and I get so hot!!🔥🔥 Anyone else??

Im the opposite, i freeze most the day and night...

Maybe try a small fan? And.... have you looked into maternity pillows? They are pretty sweet, and if you're this uncomfortable at 23 weeks id look into getting one, they are totally worth it!

I wish I had one last pregnancy. It was my first pregnancy purchase this time around.

I've been putting a cold ice pack on myself before I can sleep😕

I have a body pillow but it probably doesn't have as much support as a pregnancy pillow? Do you think so?

@breshields4, if you have a walmart they have little fans for like $5-10, but i hear ya on the no money front!

A body pillow will help too. I like putting a little of it under my belly, then in between my knees and then having one arm under it. Im bad about curling my chest inward when I sleep, so i sometimes smoosh an extra pillow in my chest for my top arm. The thing with the maternity pillows are pretty much to keep your knees apart to relieve hip pain and support the belly.

Hubby puts his fan either by his head or feet, thats where he gets the hottest.

I am uncomfortable all the time! This weather doesn't make any better!
