I am so excited to share that @UNO is launching a colorblind-friendly version of the game I’ve enjoyed and played since I was a kid and I’m 39 years old, so believe me - it’s been around for awhile! Bringing the game of UNO into my own family with my 5 kids was a really fun experience for me. To see them get so excited about a WILD card or getting rid of cards or winning is just the best!! It really brings me back to the magic of my own childhood and I love that it doesn’t involve technology!

One thing that I absolutely love is seeing UNO - a card game I adore - create the first-ever Colorblind-Friendly Card Game in support of All-Inclusive Game Play. This is personal to me because my nephew is colorblind and it’s something that can get in the way of simple play with family and friends. Believe it or not, more than 13 million Americans struggle with color identification. .

How is UNO doing this? Simply. The ColorADD color alphabet is based on 3 symbols that represent each of the primary colors: red, blue and yellow. When add together, these symbols can create secondary color indicators such as green, orange and purple. UNO ColorADD will feature the SAME rules and game play fans already love! It’s the same game, just for everyone!
