Yal I saw a lady today and she had her son outside NO PANTS NO SHOES !! All I could do was stare and look at her in amazement..why would yu put yur poor child in that kind of situation...the ground is hot af and to have him in public indecent is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! My heart was so broken for him !!!
