@_sheriee I laid the 2 pieces of fabric together Then I just cut the slits at even lengths all the way around. After the we're cut, I just tied them together in double knotts so they wouldn't come undone.

@_sheriee I have made each one of my children blankets like this and they have all lasted very well. None have ever come apart.
