Just don't let him see baby without you. He would have to go to court otherwise. You can go talk to your local family court as well. They might give you some info

@mommyteam28 bassicially any proof that proves that he needs to be supervised even get proof on his girlfriend. Anything u can! Just be really careful not going by a court order. Judges look really down on that. Been threw this crap before. I know how much stress it is! We kept a log book, exspecially if the person didnt something "not parent like" during their parenting time.

Anything that proves that he is unfit or not responsible to have her alone. Texts/messages, social media statuses & posts, pictures of him out partying, etc. And the same goes for his gf, anything that proves she is unfit to be around your daughter, too. Just keep a record of everyyyyything
