Definately no expert but then i think youd have to prove that in court if he pressed for visitation.

@chelseamarie91 when I was living with him, he didn't have a shower, toilet well let's just say the "shed house" isn't completed and he spends almost his entire paycheck on beer and stuff. He hasn't even tried to see mine and his two little boys since I left

Im pretty sure having an adequate living space is a requirement for any kind of custody.

You both have equal rights if hes on the birth certificate. He can come take the kid at anytime and same as u can. Court is the only way to determan everything. But if u guys can make agreements outside of court i recomend that. (Been threw this b.s. before)

Well at the hospital don't dad ga2ve to sign some type of papers to have fights not the birth certificate it's some other type of paper
